MY HOLDER IS BROKEN/GOT LOST. WHAT CAN I DO?

If your holder arrived broken with your package please report this to us as soon as possible (but no later than 7 days after receiving your Mug) and attach a photo of your package and of broken part. We will send you a new holder. 
If your holder got broken or lost after you already started using it, you can order yourself a new Holder in the ACCESSORIES tab of our SHOP.
